Dunk By turns your current vertical, your age, and your target date into a personalized plyometric and strength training plan — structured week by week so you know exactly what to do, and when.
NO APP YET — JUST A PLAN AND A LAUNCH DATE. SIGN UP AND WE'LL EMAIL YOU THE MOMENT DUNK BY OPENS UP.
Dunk By doesn't hand you a generic jump program. It works backward from your goal date and forward from where you are today.
Tell us your current standing or approach vertical, your age, and your training background.
Choose the date you want to dunk by. That timeline sets the pace of every phase in your plan.
Receive a periodized plyometric and strength plan, broken into weekly training blocks.
Follow the plan, log your progress, and watch your vertical close the gap to your goal.
Every part of the plan is tied back to your age, your starting point, and your deadline — not a one-size-fits-all workout.
Your plan is generated from your vertical, age, and target date — not a static template.
Jump training built on progressive plyometric principles to develop power safely over time.
Structured strength work supports your jump training so power gains actually stick.
Your target date sets the phases — base, build, and peak — so training builds toward your goal.
Log your vertical over time and see how it's trending against your Dunk By date.
Progressions are paced with recovery and landing mechanics in mind, not just intensity.
Do It By builds apps around a simple idea: give people a clear physical goal, a real deadline, and a plan that actually connects the two. Dunk By is where we're starting — because "I want to dunk" is one of the most common, most specific goals in sports.

Anyone with a genuine dunking goal — basketball players, weekend hoopers, and athletes training vertical explosiveness for other sports. Programs are tailored by age and starting vertical, so there's no fixed age requirement, though we recommend it for teens and adults training under appropriate supervision.
Most of the plyometric work uses bodyweight and a hoop or mark to jump toward. Strength sessions are more effective with basic gym access, but we're designing options for minimal-equipment training too.
Plyometric and strength training carry real injury risk if progressed too quickly. Dunk By paces training conservatively, but it isn't a substitute for medical advice — please read our health disclaimer and talk to a doctor before starting.
Dunk By is first. We're exploring other goal-and-deadline driven training apps under the Do It By name — see the roadmap above, or get in touch if you have an idea.
